ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Program is a two‑year pilot initiative designed to empower young women from marginalized communities with in‑demand data analytics skills that enable access to dignified and well‑paying work opportunities in the digital economy.
The program addresses key barriers limiting women’s participation in digital careers, including limited access to quality technical training, digital devices, mentorship, and professional networks. Through a structured and supportive learning pathway, participants gain job‑ready skills in data analytics alongside career coaching, mentorship, and work placement support.
Participants receive hands‑on training in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, and emerging AI applications using accessible, mobile‑friendly learning formats. The program also strengthens confidence, leadership, and professional identity through coaching, industry exposure, and peer learning.
By focusing on women’s economic empowerment and inclusion in the tech sector, the HerTech Pathway Program contributes to closing the gender gap in digital careers and supporting sustainable livelihoods.
