Our Service
The DIH platform enables you to discover and browse programs, applications, and events supported by the Mastercard Foundation. You can explore detailed information about these opportunities without an account. However, to apply for any program, you need to sign up and provide your details. This information is then accessible to our partners, who may recruit qualified candidates.
Your Service Provider
The Service is provided by Mastercard Foundation. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Mastercard Foundation.
Applicable Terms
Your use of the Service is governed by these terms, the Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy, which may be updated periodically (collectively, this “Agreement”). Please read this Agreement carefully. If you do not accept any part of it, you may not use the Service.

Businesses
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of that entity and that the entity accepts this Agreement.
Your Use of the Service
Content on the Service
The content on the Service includes information about programs, events, and applications sponsored by the Mastercard Foundation. All content is the responsibility of the entity that provides it. If you see any content that violates this Agreement, you can report it to us.
Accounts and Sign-Up
You can explore the DIH platform without an account. However, to apply for programs, you need to sign up and provide your details. Keep your account information secure and do not share your password with others.
Your Information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use the Service. We store user data in Canada using Azure services to ensure its security and compliance with relevant regulations.
Permissions and Restrictions
You may use the Service as made available to you, provided you comply with this Agreement and applicable laws. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use.
The following restrictions apply to your use of the Service. You are not allowed to:
- Reproduce, distribute, or alter any part of the Service or content without permission.

- Use the Service to distribute unsolicited promotional content.

Develop, Improve, and Update the Service

Uploading Content

By providing content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display that content. You also grant other users a license to access and use your content through the Service.
Data Storage
All user data is stored in Canada using Azure services. This ensures your information is secure and handled in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
