An emerging pathway to connect trained youth with disabilities to opportunities within the digital accessibility ecosystem through partnerships with KEBS, TVETA, employers, and other ecosystem actors. Youth who complete digital accessibility training may be linked to practical exposure,
mentorship, internships, consultancy assignments, entrepreneurship opportunities, and employer engagement initiatives. The pathway is intended to position youth with disabilities as Digital Accessibility Champions who can support institutions to improve compliance, inclusive practice, and accessible digital service delivery.
Who Can Apply
• Youth with disabilities trained in digital accessibility, ICT, assistive technology, or related fields
• Interest in accessibility services, standards implementation, compliance, user testing, advocacy, or inclusive digital transformation
• Successful completion of relevant training may be required for some opportunities
