An integrated support pathway that enables youth with disabilities to access skills development, work-readiness preparation, mentorship, and linkages to employment or entrepreneurship opportunities. The intervention supports youth to transition from training into dignified and fulfilling work by strengthening their employability skills, confidence, workplace readiness, and access to inclusive learning and work environments. Accessibility support, including assistive technology, interpreters, guides, and reasonable accommodation, will be incorporated where required
Who Can Apply:
Age Range:
18–40 years
Location / Counties:
Nairobi, Nakuru, Kisumu, Embu, Kilifi, and Turkana counties
Gender Requirements:
Young women with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply. Young men with disabilities are also eligible.
Education or Skill Requirements:
No formal education requirements. Applicants must have an existing business or an intention to start one.
Other requirements:
• Youth with disabilities interested in employment, entrepreneurship, digital work, or vocational pathways
• Priority may be given to youth completing program-supported training or referred through partner institutions
• Willingness to participate in work-readiness, mentorship, and placement support activities
